Hey!! Listen~all of you should stop worrying so much about your weight. of course, you should try to be at a healthy weight, but this does NOT mean going to extremes. if you feel uncomfortable with your weight, you should talk to you parents, doctor, or even a teacher. ask them about how much you should weigh, how to find a safe weight loss plan, and encouragment. you guys are so young! it's worthless to be so obsessed with your weight! there is a whole world out there. as for teasing, you need to find people willing to be your friends. if someone's a jerk to you, that doesn't make you bad. NOBODY IS PERFECT. i just am hoping that all of you will be careful-DON'T make yourself vomit, even if you were binging, just tell yourself that you can exercise to burn it off. DON'T stop eating, even for a day, because it makes it harder for your body to lose weight. your body burns muscle before it burns fat. it is not healthy. DON'T think that you are worthless, because you are unique with wonderful qualities. if you think you are depressed, or think about suicide, even when you don't want to you NEED to tell someone, like a parent, teacher or doctor. i know this might be hard, but it will make your life so much better. appreciate all of your gifts and think about how wonderful it is to live in such a great world. i hope this helps. Even though that angel girl has a point she must not understand what it feels like to be tormented and picked on just bcause of some extra pounds! The only right thing to do is get at a weight that you're happy with.
