Cardiovascular work: is important to speed up your metabolism so you burn more calories to help shed body fat, and it should be performed at least 3 days a week. What I recommend is to alternate your weight training days with cardio days. So, following your weight training session, do 30 minutes of any cardio activity. Then, on your alternate days, do 30 minutes of any (great way to mix it up and keep it fun!) cardio activity and activity and also on this day perform some abdominal and calf exercises.
-Also Eat Well Balanced foods, stuff like pizza and everything isn't that good for you if your trying to loose weight. Don't eat so little to loose cause you will gain it back and + more. Drink Plenty of water I usually drink 1-5 L but I touch it up with StrawberryKiwi Crystal Lite.

Do you think its really necessary to do weight training? I recently found out that my next sem timetable means I cant do my aeorbic exercise everyday (im very pissed off) so I was thinking of doing 2 strength training days instead. Its better than doing nothing. What do you think?
