Today: 249 lb - Hi evreyone!!!!! My name is Drew. I am new to this site. I think it is really cool. I am 12 and I weigh 249 lbs. Many people eat when they are about to go to bed and that is the wrong thing to do. I go and go and never have time to eat right so i had started eating at night and gained over 30 pounds. I started a 3day diet and it is really working. What i am saying try not to eat after 6pm and if you cant do that try 8pm.

i have a tip and it's been working for me. eat 5-6 small meals a day. never go 4 hours a day without eating a small( remember small) meal. have a couple of healthy snacks. believe me it works.
also, remember to eat in moderation. don't force yourself to eat. if your stomach starts to feel a bit heavy, stop eating. dont eat to be full, eat so that you're not hungry and won't have to eat for 3-4 hours.
Never skip breakfast. the reason why you should eat 5-6 small meals a day is because it keeps your metabolism revved up.
