Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - i am 14 years old and i wiegh like 130 i know its not alot but my older 16 year old sieter wieght 110 i play a lot of softball and i eat breakfats and dinner and i have a small lunch(cookie) i snack wen i get home do you know any more ideas i can do to get me to loose about 10 20 pounds? e-mail me at analisa333@hotmail.com

I wouldnt worry at all. From the sound of it, you have more muscle then anything else. Your sister might also have a smaller frame then yourself. you sound big, strong, and healthy. Do not diet, just eat good and healthy. do not loose weight.

all i can think of right off the bat is to try n0t to snack. ive noticed that if i dont snack anytime during the day for a few days my weight drops or stays the same. it really helps! believe me! and if u really r hungry, EAT! just eat an apple or a few pretzels! well hope i helped even if i helped just a little bit!good luck!
