Ht. 5'7", Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 91) - Hey, i'm 5'7" and 175lbs i really want to loose a bit of weight before i go back to college in September, so that gives me a good few months to try. Thing is, when i go to exersice i find i can't be bothered and keep putting it off, then when i try and eat less, i tell myself i'll start tomorrow..and tomorrow...and the next day, etc! Lol!! Hey Lola! I am a college student too and I can relate to the constant snacking and "food breaks" associated with study. And I know how hard it is to find time to exercise cause life is so hectic. Mmm! I can totally relate Kate! Exams coming up, i tend to eat while i'm studying, it's a habit i'm trying to break! Although i've started biting my nails now! Lol! It's a vicious circle! :o)

I know what you mean! I'm the same way. I'm in college now (a junior almost senior) and I find myself doing the same. However, what I like to do is take walks around the campus, rollerblade(my fav thing). Anyway, find a park or if ya can get to your campus, walk around it and make yourself more familar with it. AS for food, omg, I know its hard, esspecially around finals*makes a face* and such makes food more tempting. But I found that if you exercise, I do not become as hunger.
