Ht. 5'3", Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hey guys. I'm 16, 5'3" and 195lbs. I know scary huh?! I've always known I was overweight, but last night I was in a musical. I had a solo and when the camera zoomed in on me I was embarassed to be watching myself. I've recently joined Curves gym. It's so much fun, but it's hard to get out there 3 times a week. I also need to change the way I'm eating. My mom is also overweight and wants to lose weight with me. I'm trying to convince her to join weight watchers. Does anyone know if the program is good? I would also really like an accountability partner if anyone is interested. My AIM sn is Konstantine52. or email me at Bubblz05@hotmail.com*~*Alex*~*

I would recommend "sugar busters" instead of weight watchers, it helped me lose pounds once, even though I was stupid enough to put em back on. But, my point being, that if you stick to it, you lose around a pound a day, and if you exercise, much more.

My mom said that she was in the weight watchers program when she was a teenager and she said it was great!
