i have ONE MONTH!!!to lose 10-20 pounds PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!thats when the pool opens in my town!!!!HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i NEED!! mostly exercise and motivation tips! but any tips would b helpful especially if u have already lost the weight u wanted to around the same amount of time!!!

Hey Brit to lose weight you can run, do situps and any other form of exersizing that you like to do just workout for 20 mins at a time good luck hun!

Hey Gurl! To lose weight eat three HEALTHY meals a day. Try not to eat between meals but if you are really hungry eat a fruit or veggie, they are very good for you. Also drink 8 glasses of water a day. Eliminate foods with lots of fat and calories from your diet. Only go out to eat once a month. Also it's extremely important to get 60 minutes of aerobic exercise every day. Jump Rope while watching your favorite TV show, Hula hoop to your favorite song, Rollerblade, Ride your bike, or anything else that helps you get your heart pumping. I hope this helps Brittany.
