Ht. 4'6", Today: 133 lb - GUYS i need replies!!!!!!!!! If someone could help me id really appriciate it. Im 4 6 and 133 lbs. Id really appriciate if n e 1 had ab exercises thanx ~leigh~

You can do sit up s and pullups and lift weights. One
thing I can give you is a health lunch or dinner.
You will need fruits and veggies. Then cook you favortive fruits and veg. and let them cook for about
1-3 mintues or less. Hope I help you.

u can do crunches and sit up. you can also lie flat on ur back, put ur hands under ur but, and hold ur head up while lifting ur legs six inches off the ground. another excercise from that same position is to lift ur legs so they are straight up and then return them.
