hey every1!! plz help me!! is this to much to eat?breakfast:none woke up to latelunch:an orange no fat yogurt and half a popsiclesupper: salad, bun and an orangePLZ TELL ME IF THAT IS GOOD BESIDES THE BREAK.THANX ASAP

Thats probably not enough. you should be eating according to the food pyramid which is like 6-11 grains 2-4 serv. of fruit (which u did so u dont have to worry about that) more vegies u need 3-5 u need 2-3 servings of protein (meat eggs fish etc.) and try to get some more dairy in ure diet u need 2-3 serv of dairy also i would say cut all fats and oils out of ure diet (food pyramid says use sparingly) wat i try to do is aim for lowest possible amount of each group

its not how much you eat that counts its what you eat. Try having toast for breakfast or one egg, then for lunch a fruit or yougurt then for supper have a vegetable or small slice of meat. The popsicle isnt helping. You need to have some from each group besides fats and oils. Remember to drink lots of water and try having at least one cup of milk a day. eating like this and excersizing is the key.

u sure thats enough? dont u get hungry? be sure to include vegetables,protein you know groups out of the food pyramid!
