Today: 210 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hey people...im 14 years old and 210 pounds. Im hoping to go down to atleast 150 by the end of the year. Most of my wieght is on my disgusting stomach. I am now on my high school's track and field team, we have hard workouts everyday, im also doing softball for my town, so hopefully that will help me lost some wieght. Im starting to eat healthier too, for breakfast i usually have a bowl of cheerios, for lunch a wheat bread sandwich or a salad, a piece of fruit and water, i hardly have dinner but wen i do i usually eat a salad, and throughout the day i drink lots of water. Do u think that will help me lose some wieght?? and does anyone know what excercises will help me lose my ugly stomach?? thanks for ur help~
