Today: 274.5 lb - I am in need badly. I have high blood pressure from beingoverweight. I weight 274.5lbs. I need some ways that is easy to lose weight and get into shape. And ways to lower my blood pressure.

Hey! All I dod is walk for 30 mins a day, walk to school sometimes, and walk to my church things. I also weight left a couple times a week. I only eat three meals a day and drink water in between. I don't eat junk food during the week (except holidays, then it's only a feww little chocos anyways), only a little bit on the week-end. That should do the trick for anyone. Bye, hoped I've helped.
