Today: 200 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hi. Im almost 14 and weigh 200 pounds. Most of my fat is in my legs and my stomach area. Can anyone help me to lose 50-60 pounds by September? Thanks.

Hey todd..a couple ways to lose weight is to exercise everyday. like walk or run. also i know aerobic tapes work..billy banks is good and so is tamilee web. also try to eat healthy food..i dont know any diets but u can prob. ask ur doctor and they will tell u 1. hope i helped.
