This month's teenpeole magazine has exercises to do, and healthy snacks (like frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, and how to make a smoothie like jamba juice. i would eat the smoothie after a lot of exercise though, because even though it's healthy, it has a lot of calories, which is ok for when you're done exercising). frozen bananas taste pretty good, a little like ice cream. good luck!
