Hi me and my mom r thinking about bying a treadmill.i know that a treadmill is good for the legs,thighs but i want to know if it is very good for the tummy place cus i seriosly need to lose weight on the stomach part.THANKS

Hey jenny.
Any kind of cardio (running, aerobics, walking) is all good for your tummy. The more cardio you do the more calories you burn which means you will lose more weight.
