Hey! Yesterday after school I want to my friends house and so I didn't get to exercise at all that day. Do you think that is ok? I usually every day get my exercise in but if I am at my friends I don't because only one of my friends is trying to lose weight with me. So will one day really matter? Because I am 12 and I want to hang out with my friends sometimes. You no? Thanks!

Don't worry about it! You don't have to excercise every single day...3-5 days a week is great (and very healthy). You're still growing, you'll grow and probably slim down in the process (a little or alot... it all depends on what you eat... so make sure to eat good healthy meals...try not eating anything in between your meals if you want to loose weight...it worked for me!) ;)

Dont worry about it. I have the same problem as you, I have work/study etc that gets in the way of my exerisice, and i think you just have to accept it and do the best you can. 3-5 times is considered great if you can exercise that much. Remember too, that weight loss is mainly what you eat, and exercising just speeds up the process. I wish you luck!

it is fine. u dont have 2 exercise everyday actually at least 3-5 times a week. dont worry. u should be able 2 still have a life and be thin!
