Today: 160 lb - OK well heres the thing. I'm fat...k lets be honest I weigh 160lbs. I have tried diet after diet...i've always watched my portions and blah blah blah i do a TON of excersise..but no mater what i always seem to stay the same weight. My doctor has said that if i keep it up eat less fried fooods no pop etc. that i would loose well i haven't had a reg . pop for about well 5 months...and i drink only diet caffine free maybe 1 time every other week. have u tried exercising for an hour every night?
well all i can say is at the begging it is really really hard to see results and u may be losing weight but then gaing it back just stick with it for a while
