Start: 193 lb, Today: 186 lb - hey everyone! i havent been on here in 4 ever! i used to weigh 193 but now i weigh 186 b/c of this diet im doing. at my school they serve salad. i buy taht and a bag of nimal crackers since they only have 2 grams of fat per serving. then at night, to get protien, i eat a peice of George Formaned chicken (with any seasoning but salt), a salad, and a fruit. I also walk or run on my tredmil or do taebo. I got the diet from my mom cuse she used to do LA weightloss and she loss alot of weight. It's been working for me, so try it if u like!
