Ht. 5'6", Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 88) - please help!!! i need to know if when you fast lets say 2 weeks and lose weight and stuff and then after your done fasting start eating again but like healthy no more than 800 calories and exersisng (while not fasting) will i gain all that fasting weight back? i am 5'6 160 pounds=(  please reply
