Hey people I really need your help! Every day for my exercise I walk my dog for 40 minutes in the late afternoon/early evening. This is a perfect time cause Im in australia and its too hot to walk during the day. The problem is that now Im out of school my life is alot busier! I have to be at college some nights of the week and other nights I have to work and dont get home till 9pm at night! Then on weekends I always go out so Im not home in the afternoon then either! Im so annoyed that I cant do my exercise! Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I can do before I have to go out? Like something I can do in the house etc. Also, if anyone could suggest an exercise I can do during the day that my dog can be in too that would be really helpful cause she is so upset when I cant take her! PLEASE REPLY!

try holding in and flexing your abs for ten or twenty seconds randomly during the day. also, before you go to bed try doing about 200 crunches same push ups, and jumping in place for about 5 minutes. (tones the calves and i heard that jumping for 30 mins. is equal to running 6 miles)
