Ht. 5'2", Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - hey everyone I am 5'2 and weight 170lbs. I want to lose 40lbs by Augest.Does anyone know how I can do this? I have a treadmill.How long do I need to walk a day and what should I eat to reach this goal? Pls Pls reply me asap!*!

you should aim to lose about a pound per week. this is healthy, and will it is more likely to stay off

walk to get the mail, take the stairs instead of elevator, walk the dog, go to parks, walk 30-40 minutes ontreadmill, eat no sweets for 4 wks. Try it! youll feel so much better!

hey gurl congrats on deciding to finally get in shape. very proud of you. you only need to do about ten minutes the first week then gradually increase your workout times remember to do at least three days a week but only do as much as is comfortable for you. good luck!!!
