Try "Windsor Pilates" when I started it, I lost about 20 pounds. And the good thing is that since its done by exercize, It wont come back as eaisly. There also is a garantee, so after you buy it, if it hasnt worked for you, you can send it back and get your money back. I used to be 160 pounds and got started losing weight and toning by these videos. I lost the other 10 pounds- after that -by other methods (you dont want to know). I still do the tapes (20 min. 3-5X a week) and its still working! It took about 5 months or so to lose 20 pounds, but who knows- it may come quicker for you?! ;) I kept eating about 2000 a day while doing this, and it still worked! just dont give up and keep your head high. Everyone should love you for who you are... not for who you want to be or are acting like. Have fun. Keep active. Only eat when your hungry, not when your just bored. Lacy
