Hey everybody, what's up? I'm down 14 lbs so far but I've hit a plateau. I just haven't been losing any more weight for about two weeks. Does anyone know how i can keep going? Also what are some good exersizes for toning arms? Thanx for your help. :)

Hey, I seriously think I am fat, Although my classmates say I am not, I think they are just being supportive friends! Anyways this is what I am doing, Sit in a straight-backed chair with armrests with your feet flat on the floor.
Place your hands on the armrests and do a push up with your arms. Hold for a count of six. Then slowly lower yourself into the chair and relax.
Repeat this strengthening exercise ten times.

Give me some tips please. Francine_world_2000@yahoo.com I do know that after a while you have to increase your excersise (but not by too much) so your body doesn;t just get used to it.
