Ht. 5'5", Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 126 lb - Hey. i wanna lose about 30 pounds b4 summer time..but i dont really know how. has any one had any success with a certain diet? people tell me i am not fat but i feel like i am. i am 5'5 and weigh 156. i wear size 7 in juniors but want to wear a size 1-3. i have muscle from cheerleading and i know that adds to my body weight but i wanna lose the fat. so if you have any good suggestions or diets reply to me ok! thanx!

Try the weight watchers diet. It really works. I have been on it for a while and lost 15 pounds. Try it
