Hey people! I know I have already posted two things in two days but I would like someone to tell me what they think. Ok, my new plan is to walk to school every day (onless it is not nice outside), walk for 30 mins after school, drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, don't eat bad foods,weight train two times a week, and don't snack. At school at recces I don't eat (even though ALL my friends do), and I don't eat after school, instead of eating I drink water. It really does help. So what do you people think?????(Oh, I cut down my porition size too).

im glad to hear it! its just that you said that you dont eat at recess and instead of eating when you get home you drink water. that was all

I still eat!!!!!!!!I eat at breakfast, luch, and supper and I drink water in between. When I drink water in between I find I feel refreashed and I don't eat as much at the next meal. I am not hunary so it must work for me.

so when do you ever eat? thats sick you have to eat. exercise sounds good but your wrecking your metabolism by not eating. your suppossed to eat something small every 3 hours or so otherwise your body thinks its starving and will refuse to lose body fat.
