hey peeps tell me if this will work.running 15 minutes up the stairs wearing a garbage bage, t-shirt, my track jacket, and a sweater and shorts, and 2 pairs of track pants.and i will be eating very healthy and drink loads of water think it will work and i will be doin sit ups and the usual!PLA REPLY!!!!!

Sweating does not make you lose fat, only water. It will make you dehydrated not thin!!!!!!
