Hey. I would really like to lose about 10 pounds. Anyone got any ideas? I am very active in Tae Kwon Do, basketball, and I do crunches, and sit-ups, but I need to know a little about the healthy diet think. PLEASE HELP!!!!

thats a good thing to do all u need to do is watch what u eat! eat healthy not junk food eat three meanls a day and try not to eat snacks and dont think about food!
