Ht. 5'4", Today: 127 lb (BMI %tile: 58), Goal: 115 lb - Hi everyone, I am 5'4 and now 127 in weight. I am not going to eat dinner tonight because i chowed down this morning. While my friends are eating, I am doing ab work. My life su*ks. But I am living it. I hope to be 115 by the end of March. I am not going to eat tom. either. I have lost over 50 pounds by not eating for a few days. once I start eating again, no, my pounds dont all come back. only half do. So when I starve myself for 3 days and lose 7 pounds, i only get like 3 back. which results in a definate 3-4 pounds lost total- and they are gone for good. doing this over and over really does work- so dont even try to tell me it doesnt. Good luck to everyone. I need to lose this weight. any tips or ideas, please let me know. Im desperate to fit into a dance costume.

You know that if you don't eat for awhile, and start eating again you should only raise your calorie intake like 100 cals each week or a couple of days. So you'll eat 100 the first week, 200 the next, and so on until your happy with what you're eating and don't gain any weight.

i hope you realise that by doing that routine of eating then starving you are doing a lot of damage. Our bodies can only metabolise 2 lbs of fat per week, thats a scientific fact. So by you losing 7lbs in a week or something you are actuall losing muscle and water, and some fat. Did you know that muscle burns heaps more calories even when you are sleeping, and that fat burns nothing?!? So the aim of losing weight is to lose fat. I think you need to get back to reality, and start trying to learn how to be balanced in your eating. I know you are probably not going to listen, youll probably say, i dont care i just want to be skinny. But at least think about what ive just said.
