I read in one of my teen magazines that eating a tablespoon of penut butter can reduce your calorie intake by up to 30%!!!! A tablespoon of penut butter has 95 calories, so it should really help. imma try it and see if it works.TTYL

even jelly is lower in fat than peanut butter

that will not work. What they are trying to say is that if you eat a high fat food it fills you up and youll be less likely to snack later on. Dont do it its too high in fat.

Yeah but a table spoon of peanut butter has high fat content. I really wouldn't bother trying that if I were you. If it really worked, don't you think everyone would know about it by now?
