Ht. 6'0", Today: 154 lb (BMI %tile: 50), Goal: 149 lb - Hi i'm male, 6'0 and 154 lbs., but not alot of muscle. I just want to lose about 5 pounds worth of fat while continuing to workout 5 times a day during afterschool practices to build more muscle. Any tips would be great, I would REALLY appreciate any kind of reply. Thanks!
