Ht. 5'1", Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 93) - Hello everyone! I need a bit-o-help if you dont mind. How do you TONE muscles? I already have muscle, its just that they are really large, and they make me look even larger than i already am. i am 5'1 140 lbs. If you could please take the time to help out a gal, i would really appriciate it. Thank you :-)

Actually, I like to think of "toning" as for skinny people. You are tone, just under some fat, I would say, because that's what I am. Lol, and i'm 5'2 and 138 pounds, and i have muscle. So, my advice to become "toned" is to lose fat, so keep up weightlifting/crunches/whatever you do to get muscle, but also encorporate some things like running, taebo, walking, jumproping, anything to bring up your heart rate. But, you should do anything for at least 10 minutes, walking for at least 20 minutes 4-6 times a week to see results! Good luck!
