hey guys i really am desperate for exercise rutines can somene please help me and if anyone has a really good food plan like what time to eat what and stuff like that, that would be good too thanx xoxoxoxox

i jog in place at home for 4 min at a time 5 times a day so it equale twenty min then i do 100 leg lifts a leg and then 100-500 crunches this works good i have lost 4 lbs in 2 days ! good luck but make sure to cut the fat out of your diet and remember that the healthier the better :)
