Hi need help i eat nothing for breakfest is that helpful??? i eat turkey sandwhich 2 juices pepsi and ships and candy. Dinner usal Tako time mexican food kidd vally or terriyaki ihate to cook and so do my folks

dont skip break fast. try having a slim fast shake in the mirning. it help me dull the hunger until lunchtime. you said you have a turkey sandwich. try having shredded turkey meat or chicken, tuna, or ham on top of a bed of lettuce for lunch. thats very healthy and not so bad tasting. for dinner, try to cut out half of the carbohydrates. they turn directly into sugar, which your body stores as fat.

Not eating breakfast is the worst thing to do if you want to lose weight. If you skip meals, that's going to slow down your metabolism and maybe even cause you to gain weight. It's better just to eat something light and healthy, maybe yogurt or some fruit. For lunch you said you have two juices and a pepsi, that's a lot of sugar, especially for just one meal. Juice is very sugary so if you're going to have it, it should be at breakfast time so that you can burn the calories off throughout the day. For lunch maybe try having a sandwich, piece of fruit, and diet pepsi or water?
