hey i have been on a diet for about 1 1/2 weeks, i have lost 5 pounds but i havent been loosing for like 4 days....i dont overeat calories and i excersize every morning....can anyone help me? i want to keep loosing

maybe u need to try something new. if you ahve ben doin the same excersize for the 1 .5 weeks, try a different one, cuzz ur body is probably used it so, its trying to stay normal. o by the way, what have u been doing to lose the 5 pounds? im so curious to know, cuzz i need to jumpstart my weightloss. thanx:)

Hey congrats on your weight loss. Maybe your body is slowing down now. Sometimes you cannot lose weight in 4 days. Also you may be losing inches but not pounds. I hope I helped!
