Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've been here. That's because I didn't get much help last time, so please help this time. I'm not really obese or anything, but I just want to lose this big belly before this summer. I'm just really fat around my middle. I have a big belly and love-handles. I have a family reunion in like 9 weeks, and I'd like to really impress my family I haven't seen in a while by being thinner! PLEASE HELP!!!Thanks in advance for your help and support!

hey! walking helps lose that extra flab. i have a belly too and i started walking and it is getting flatter. also, crunches help. i hope i helped and good luck!

i am sorry nobody else ever answers you! i know how u feel. what i have been doing is i eat just as much as normal, but i eat helthier. if like i have two peaces of pizza for lunch, to lose weight, i would have an apple, or a salad. but that dont mean that u have to become a vegitarien, or become someone who dont eat lotz, just eat helthier, and a lil less.
