hey, im doing the same thing you are, eating healthier foods and not eating junk, i also only eat 3 meals, i heard that drinking lots of water helps too and you should also exercise. Exercising is great too! Even if you walk for like an hour you burn off a few calories, those calories will add up everyday and you will see results, i also lost 10 pounds in about 2 weeks doing the same thing you are, good luck to u! byee

i heard that jump roping for 30 minutes is really great! but ive tried it for 20 min and i got so much out of breath, u might not thogh i duno. i also heard that its easier to divide ur workout up like 10 min in the morning 10 min after skool and 10 before bed pleaz help me to!!!!my post is ryte above urs!
