Today: 150 lb - hi im new to this all. Im 13 and weigh 150lbs. see thing is that i was a gainer (i person that wonts to gain weight) but now i don't. i wont to lose weight. i've been going back and forth and back and forth with this thing. hey kayla i think you want to loose weight because you think you are too skinny. but if you weigh 150-ish then you are perfectayl normal. so dont feel confused and eat at every meal and 1 (healthy) snack every other day.

I think that you just have a problem that most of us do, except it may be extreme. Most of us have a distorted perception of ourselves, most teenage girls do, that's what usually makes them go on a diet. Since you have trouble making up your mind if you're fat or skinny, this is my suggestion: Everyday write down what you see in the mirror, fat, skinny, too tall, too short. Then, at the end of the week look over all your notes on yourself. Then, decide how you feel. If you realize that you feel too skinny for a long time, then you may want to follow that, or if you feel too fat, maybe you would feel better with exercising everyday. Or, if you look back and you see your entries are varied, then you may just want to stay the same. Remember, we are very judging of ourselves, and it will get better, i promise. Good luck~Michelle
