incase anyone's wondering what ive been doing to lose weight, ive been walking to and from school, doing 15mins stretches & 15mins dancing in the morning when i get up, and try and go on as long walks as i can and do an aerobics video.i eat an apple in the morning and at break time, and at lunch i make my own sandwich and take it 2 skool & have it with an apple( alot of apples i know but i love them!) and for dinner i have a microwavable meal. i hate vegetables so this way suits me best. i vary calories intakes everyday, having 1200-1500 most days, but one day a week having 800 and another having 2000. this stops your body from goin into starvation mode and storing fat, and boosts the metabolism.HOPE IVE BEEN OF HELP.........GOOD LUCK 2 EVERYBODY XXX

That totally works! ive done it! and one week i walked home from skool(about 1.5-2 miles)like 3 or 4 days and lost about 1-2 pounds just that week!!!but i also didnt eat any snacks and i ate healthy!Thnx for sharin!
