Start: 158 lb, Today: 148 lb - Hello, everyone! Well, I think its been about two weeks since I posted, but I was lurking everyday. Well, two weeks I know, this guy told me that if I wanted to lose weight, that I couldn't eat anything but fruits and vegtables (only fresh, not cooked or canned) for 14 days! He said it helped cleaned you out, and got you jumpstarted and excited to lose weight. So I did it, and today is day 15. I ended up losing about 10 pounds (Although I'm supposing that a lot was water weight). But I'm still happy with my results. When I started, I was 158, and now I'm 148! I've never been able to break that barrier before, and I'm so happy! My new goal is to break 130, and I'm sure I can reach it within a month or two. Right now I'm doing Yoga, Tae-bow, and diffrent types of muscle building. Did you know that having muscle is an exellent way to keep the weight off once you're finished dieting? I mean, you can't eat a million things and not expect to gain a pound, but its the regular stuff. Do nothing for an hour with fat: you lose about 30 cals. Do nothing for an hour with muscles: You lose 60 cals! See? It just speeds everything up that way, but its difficult. And girls, I know you don't all want a six pack, you want to be all cute and girly, but getting a six pack is soo hard, so you won't have to worry about it! So wish me luck, you guys.

make sure you know that muscle will make you add more pounds! go for looks, not for weight
