i know how you feel, just do what rachael said, do alot of running and stuff like that. i need to shed off a couple lb's. i have a 6 pack but it is covered in a thin layer of fat. just eat lots of salad and try to resist sweets. hope it all works out for you.

hey matt!! ok well if you want to lose weight you need to do activities like running or any kind of sport! if you chose to run the just try to run for 1 minute without stopping and if you can then move on to two minutes but if you cant then keep trying until you get it and then move on to 2 and then 3 and so forth. try to do at least 30 minutes of activity each day! good luck!

hi matt. in order to flatten ur stomach, u must do cardio exercise first. like running, walking, swimming..etc because if u r planning on doing situps to get flat stomach, it's not gonna work. this is because all ur muscle will be covered by the fat. i hope i helped. good luck!
