LOW FAT: I was just wondering what you guys all think about low fat diets. Is 10% or 15% too low for a fat percentage of calories to eat in a day? Does low fat really work cause I hear alot about a calorie is a calorie no matter where it comes from. Also, how many calories should I eat to lose weight? Thanks to anyone who replies! I would really appreciate some comments.

about fat-
you need a little, but
you can safely cut a
great amount out
just go for
un-saturated fat
and eat milk
and fish/white meat
a calorie is a calorie,
but you only get
4 from protein while
you get 9 from fat.

hey i don't know that much about fat but i do know a lot about calories i am on a calorie reduced diet and it works:D 1500 calories a day with exerice is pretty good so like a bowl of cereral and juice for breakfast a sandwich and fruit for lunch and a subway sub for dinner or just a normal meal will get u way under if ya eat like that than u will surely lose weight calories from fat are usally the bad calories and u should try to work em off it usally says in the nutrinional facts in the back other calories giove ya energy which is a good thing! thats what ive been going on anyways
