Okay...I kind of understand what Sam was saying, but anyhow. This is what I do: I workout 6 days a week. I do beachbody tapes, and I'm at a higher level, so it went from around a half hour to 40 minutes (the tapes did) but anyhow, I rotated between two tapes. One was aerobics, jumping jacks, crunches, kicks, punches, that type of thing. The other tape is weight lifting, which is weight lifting-different ways, pushups, dips, squats, lunges...that type. It's made me a lot stronger and I've had a visible difference and in my weight. It would probably work even more if I stuck to my diet incredibly. But it's supposed to be a 90 day thing. After 90 days you're supposed to have a "beachbody", but anyhow. That's probably what I would recommend, rest one day a week, and rotated between aerobic tapes and weight lifting, this gives your body time to rest.
Also about the exercising before you eat, it is really good. It speeds up your metabolisim. Doing it after eating isnt bad either. I usually workout right after school, so I don't push it to the last thing. On Saturdays I workout in the morning before I eat breakfast. (I rest sundays) If you have any questions my email is Sunny680ajh@aol.com

okay, you should excercise everyday, but workout three times a week. The differnce between an excersice and a workout is that an excercise is an activity that requires physical ability. A workout is A strenuous test of ability and endurance toward improving your athleic ability. For example, the average amount of times you went up and down your stairs in a day would be considered an excersice, while an advanced tae bo tape would be considered a workout.
