Ht. 5'5", Today: 139 lb (BMI %tile: 86) - i am 5'5'' and i way 139 i decided 2 be anerexic could ppl please give me tips on how not to have really bad hunger pains fast exercise things and any other tips about anerexia they know THANKS

ok, eat allot of fruit, they dont have practically any calories and its easy to burn off. drink allot, allot of water it fills you up and makes you not feel hungry. if you have to eat, cereal and skim milk is the way to go, i like special k, zero fat and 110 calories. slim fast bars are awesome to. good luck

ok. i know how tempting it is to be anerexic. its like you want instant results and that is the only way to get them. but there is a danger there not many people realize. when you start eating normal again you gain all the wait you lost because your body stores fat thinking you are going to starve yourself again. so just stick to good old diet and exercise. good luck.

rst of all, you know your gonna get replys saying you shouldn't do that. And you shouldn't. I know what your going
through, but frankly it's not worth it. I know you might not even care becoming to the point of becoming gross-thin but
because no matter what, you'll be thin. Eventually, you're going to have to get back on a regular diet, or else you'll die.
However when you starve yourself for such a long period of time, you begin to lower youer matabolism-- the chemical in
your body able yo resist what you consume. Therefore making you thinner. Thin people happen to have a high matabolism-
that is why they are able to eat alot and not get fat. You might know soomeone who can do this. However when you stop
feeding yor body food, it's matabolism goes down. It's like blowing up a balloon, only in reverse, trying to become thinner
than larger. When you stop blowing it up, it comes to a point where it's hard to get started again. So I suggest you do alot of
excersise and concentrate or focus what your eating.
