HEY guys i have the bast work out its so simple! JUMPROPEING! no joke its the best work out and its cheap and fun!! jump rope everyday start out with 5min and gradually work your way up to 15 its areboic and works EVERY muscle in yourbody! if you do this for 3 weeks i swear you will see a difference!

have u tried it? cuz i went to a couple exercise calculators and it syas it only burns 200 somethin calories in 30 min
