RATE MY DAYbreakfast-1/2 cup of great grains cereal with a 1/2 cup of that new simply smart milk(only 90 cals per cup but since i had a half a cup it was only 45 cals:) ) snack-1 reduced fat granola bar (110 cals) Lunch- 1 small steak snadwhich(steak,cheese,bread, onions, and green peppers) (i went out with my dad today and he loves steak snadwhiches so he got me a small one, oh and he alos got me 1% chocolate milk lol i luv my dad hehe) um dinner i am going to have a small steak, spinach and maybe a small potatoe and fruit-2-0 hows that sound?

shouldn't have eatin the steak sammy chicken is the way to go if you are out, steak is very greasy and is full of quick twich fibers... (hard to explain but its like the dark meet on chicken not as good for you more fating) other then the steak good job!!

Your on your way! I am also trying to get in shape, however, it is not healthy to have so much red meat in a day. Supposedly you should have a only 1 serving a week. Honestly, I haven't reached that point either, but from your meal today you had two servings. And try eating a fruit at breakfast, maybe on top of you cereal. Good Luck!

Deseray That is a good daily meal I have to eat like you I am in a situation to loose 130lbs in 1 year good for you!
