aghh im soo frustrated, with this whole diet thing!! cause i am going on holiday in around 7-8 months and wanto look good, and i keep saying right 2mrw im guna start eating healthily, and excercising at least 3 hours a week. then i keep saying no i will start to 2mrw, but i never do!!! i am not sure i will be able to lose 20-25 pounds in 7 to 8 months. is this possible? cause i dont actually wan2 go on a diet, but just eat three healthy meals a day, lots of water the occasional sweet thing, and excercise. please help! also how much excercise should i do? is three hours 2 much? thanks everyone! bi x :)

Hey...yeah it possible for you to lose 20-25lbs in 7-8months...try watching what you eat..and try to avoid over eating..water is better for you than anything else. i've been dieting for a week now and i've lose 8lbs...good luck

I always say I'll start tomorrow too. But then I started turning on some music before I went to get a snack, and instead of going and getting a snack I started dancing (in the privacy of my bedroom). I lost 40 pounds and grew about 4 inches (in about a years time)

all you need to do is eat 3 balanced meals and work out for 30 min 3x a week you can do it. it also helps if you have someone to go with you to work out then you can skip out and you can get suport from a friend or family member. you might not loose 20 to 25 lbs but you will tone up and look great. remember that muscels weight more them fat. good luck Carmen
