Ht. 5'2", Today: 136 lb (BMI %tile: 94) - hey every1! i want to know if i could lose 10 pounds in three weeks by my eating plan:breakfast:toast,1 cup of milk and some veggies/lunch: fruit(maybe an orrange and a apple,with water/ supper: fruit or veggies,water, and maybe some dinner like a scoop of watever is made! tell me how that sounds and remember i weigh 136 and am 5"2 and i will be drinkin lots of water!! PLZ REPLY!!!PLZ!!

having the milk is good grapefruit juice is also good cos it speeds up the matobolism instead of the toast and fruit why not have a plain low fat yogurt and fruit which has less aft and calories. For lunch you should have soemthing a bit more than just fruit so why not a salad sanwhich with fruit and for tea some fish like salmon or chicken just don't over do it and remember you have to exercise aswell! and don't snck on fatty foods and 10 pounds is alot to lose so cut that in half oh and drink loads of ICED WATER
