HEY i made aplan for myself today tell me how it sounds
Breakfast-3/4 cup of cocopebbles w/ whole milk ( my one fatty thing today)
snack-strawberry whipped yogurt
Lunch-either a turkey sandwhich, soup or a lean pocket w/ fruit-2-o(havent figured out which one)
WORKOUT-18 min WALKING AWAY THE POUNDS
Snack-fruit-2-o with stringy cheese
Dinner- w/e my mom makes but in small portions
how that sound??

hey i think that sounds good except the breakfast..i think you should try cheerios or special k? it's just a suggestion tho. i also think you should eat more at lunch.like add some fruit along with the yogurt..good luck!
