AHHHHHH!!!!! i feel so guilty (well actually i always feel guilty about eating but i feel major guilty....u could say i am obsessed with loosing weight!) but omg!! i think i have eaten so much okay for breakfast i had 1/2 cup of great grains cereal w/ 1% milk, then i got the urge to have a piece of fudge so i at it (it was iked tiny though about this long |----------|) and then when i walked by my cupboard wheat thins caught my eye so i had about 5 or 6 of them and then i was rummaging through my other cupboard and i found those new flava twists(chips) so i opend up the bag and took a handful..
to u it may not sound like alot but to me, since im obsessed, it is what can i do?? i know i am having a lean pocket for lunch and then i am doing that new walk away the pounds video i got for xmas but do u have any ideas to stop me from snacking like that??

i do the same thing i just lose like 40 pounds and ever since then i have been obbsesed with gaining weight , i was terrified of gainig the weight ever again i weighed 105 and i was 5.3 and everyone kept saying that i was way too skinny and my mom made me gain 10 pounds bacause that was wat my doctor said that i dhould weight i was so mad but worrying dosnt help because it just makes u a worse person to be around everyone would nagg me about eating and people thought that i was anerexic because i didnt want to eat and i hated to eat whenio got a bad craving . brush ur teeth , or instead of just not eating whenu want to let ur self go eat just get reduced fat things ar get pretcels they r crunchy and tasty or start a project life drawing or needle work ,to keep ur hands moving and chew gum try it it may work

if you get hungry brush your teeth it helps hunger

First of all, lean pockets are tasty. Second of all, instead of eating, force yourself to find something useful and better to do. For example, if you feel the urge go turn on one of those excersize videos you have, or go for a walk. Ususally after you work out, you dont feel like eating anymore. Or what works for me is if i have a craving, i go and brush my teeth, because i cant stand eating anything when i just cleaned my mouth.(it may not work for you).
