Ht. 5'1", Start: 398 lb, Today: 417 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 190 lb - I've been trying to loose weight for so long but i cant seem to do it. I loose a pound or two and gain 10 or 15 back. When i started trying to loose weight i was 275 & now im up to 417. That was only a year ago that i was 275. In the last week alone ive gained 19 pounds... Im having a hard time finding clothes to even fit me...The biggest maternity clothes i can find are super tight on me. All i can see are rolls behind rolls of fat when i look in the mirror. Just sitting up is a struggle for me, i dont fit in desks at school. I have to sit in a normal chair by a table. Someone pushed me over in school on the floor & i couldnt get off my back. Honestly im not over exagerating :( I dont what to do what i cant even sit up on my own. Please help someone, anyone. :(

It sounds like you're not eating right. I mean, 19 pounds in a week? And, about these bullies (cause that's what they are if they pushed you on purpose)...Ive never been to school. I'm home-schooled. But, listen, the reason they push is because they need to make fun of someone to feel good.
Now, your body has probably gotten really used to eating as much as I'm guessing you do. You need to teach it who's boss. You need to eat dairy...meat (unless you're vegetarian, which I don't approve of, since protein is in meat)...and WATER! If you start drinking about 8 cups of water a day, seriously, you'll drop at least 5 pounds.
Now, exercise. Take it slow. Walk out to the edge of your lawn and back. Twice, if you can, ya know. Then walk to the edge and back and to the middle, the next day. Up the amount every other day...or you know.
I hope this helps. Oh, and HANG IN THERE. Smile. Big girls can be sexy (I'm 13 and don't know anything about being sexy but you're 17, I'm sure you've heard lots about it...ya know.) *_*

Dont give up you need to make a chang in your life,lots of people do eveni do,i weigh 239 and im only 14,you have to learn not to listen to what others say and only listen to yourself.Tell yourself that you can do it.YOU CAN DO IT!!

You put the same story on the preteens boards under a different age. It's impossible to gain 19 pounds in a week. Please don't make up stories like this, when there are people here who really need help.
