Hi, guys, it's me again. If you haven't noticed, I love to write about certain subjects, and I love to do research and write about things that are helpful to people. Hi, I weigh 160 pounds and I'm 5'3'', i want to be 130 and would like to know how should i eat and exercise if I want to lose about 1 pound a week.

how to help stopeating when bored and stopping cravings, well resisting them! THat would help me SO much!
